[Isu] Joc Zip Kye (족집계)
Joc Zip Kye is located within Namsung Traditional Market, and they specialize in grilled pig's feet and fried chicken.
The place could be a challenge to find for the ones that are not familiar with the area.
To find Joc Zip Kye, come out of Isu station number 14 exit, turn around and walk down the first alleyway.
Continue to walk straight down until you see E-Mart Everyday.
And you'll find it right next to E-Mart with yellow and black interior.
Joc Zip Kye serves three different types of chicken, two different types of pig's feet dishes as well as assorted side dishes.
Ordering shouldn't be too difficult as the part timers here are college students and they should be able to speak some English.
We ordered Set A which include char-grilled pig's feet, fried chicken, and rice ball (22,900KRW)
If you do take out, it's 3,000KRW cheaper.
Beer. Chicken's best friend.
Char grilled pig's feet served with lightly fried rice cake mixed with special garlic sauce as well as rice ball.
It's cooked nicely and since it's char grilled, it has appetizing grill/barbecue smell.
Fried Chicken.
The batter/skin is nice and crispy, and has a pleasant spicy flavor.
Joc Zip Kye is a great place to guzzle down a beer and since it is located within Namsung traditional market, there's quite a lot to see.
