[Express Bus Terminal] Po Suk Jung (포석정)

Posikjung (포석정) is a popular pork grilling restaurant on top of the Express Bus terminal that not many people know about.

 It's on top of the Youngdong line building, and even I didn't know this place existed until couple years ago.

 Once you get up to the top of the building, you'll see the restaurant located right under the "Go Sok" (고속 meaning express) sign.

 On a nicer day, Posukjung leave their screen doors wide open so there's some ventilation, but during winter when those doors are closed, the place quickly gets filled up with smoke.

The restaurant is usually packed, but if you go early enough, it's nice and quiet.

They do have pork and beef menu but I've never tried their beef menu.

For pork, they have regular pork barbecue, and marinated pork (minimum 2 orders).

 Banchan's are pretty ordinary but the stir-fried julienne potatoes are quite good.

Bean sprouts are really nutty with all the sesame seed oil they put in.

 2 servings of pork (26,000KRW)

Quality of the meat is really nice but the portion is pretty small.

 On goes to the grill....

 Sometimes, there are pieces with hair still on its skin.... 

Just make sure to cut it off before you eat it.

 All ready to eat!!

 Nice and greasy with all that pork fat.

Again, the quality of the meat is really good.

 Gotta think about health and eat veggies too (hah!)

If the nipples make you uncomfortable, you can just cut it off before you consume the meat.

Even the fat is tasty.

 1 serving of Dwaenjang Jjigae (7,000KRW)

It's spicy and hearty.

 Gotta love eating piping hot tofu.

I also love potatoes in dwaenjang jjigae but not many places put potatoes in dwaenjang jjigae anymore.

When you're done eating, you can stroll around on top of the express bus terminal and enjoy the view.

The staff at the Posukjung aren't the friendliest, but the quality of the meat and the atmosphere makes up for it.
